Langhe Nascetta
Located in the heart of the Langhe, this prestigious Nascetta stands out for its purity and intensity of expression. The vineyards, with an average age of 30 years, are cultivated in soils rich in clay, silt, and sand, producing an average of 90 quintals per hectare.
Harvested and vinified with extreme care, the grapes undergo soft pressing followed by static decantation of the must at cold temperatures and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving the freshness of its fruity notes.
The aging ‘sur lie’ in stainless steel for 5-6 months and subsequently in the bottle for another two months enhances its balance and complexity.
The Langhe Nascetta presents itself with a light straw yellow color, illuminated by greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals a broad and clear bouquet, with notes of banana, pineapple, and honey. On the palate, it distinguishes itself for its full and harmonious taste, balanced with a persistent and pleasant finish.
It is a versatile wine that splendidly accompanies a variety of appetizers, enhancing the flavors with its elegant complexity.
