#barolo MENICO was born with the 2012 vintage, it is dedicated to our grandfather Domenico ( nicknamed "MENICO").
It ages 30 months in big Slavonia tonneaux and in the bottle at least 20 months.
It is fun to taste the vertical, understanding the difference of every single vintage and its evolution with time.

Nebbiolo "Briccolino" is a super fun version of nebbiolo.
Very short maceration, released in early spring, it wants to keep and deliver the playfulness of the nebbiolo grape, petal rose and red berries nose, light in color, it is like drinking a juice of nebbiolo grape๐๐๐ง๐ผโ๐ณ๐๐

#nascetta is a native white grape variety of #langhe, its delicate and sensitive grapes with low yeilds made it almost disappearing in the middle of the 1900`s. It found its way back in the last 10 years. 2020 was the first vintage of @cabrusawinery.
#dolcetto use to be the "welcome home" wine, paired as an aperiif with local salami and hazelnuts. #dolcetto was our father, Diego, favourite wine, and that is why we dedicate the #dolcetto to himโค๏ธ๐๐
