#barolo MENICO was born with the 2012 vintage, it is dedicated to our grandfather Domenico ( nicknamed "MENICO").
It ages 30 months in big Slavonia tonneaux and in the bottle at least 20 months.
It is fun to taste the vertical, understanding the difference of every single vintage and its evolution with time.

Nebbiolo "Briccolino" is a super fun version of nebbiolo.
Very short maceration, released in early spring, it wants to keep and deliver the playfulness of the nebbiolo grape, petal rose and red berries nose, light in color, it is like drinking a juice of nebbiolo grape🍇🐝🧑🏼🍳🎇🎈
